Noelle works with adults (18+) who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns of over-giving, perfectionism, and high self-expectations. She has a particular passion for supporting front line workers and first responders, as well as individuals who struggle with people-pleasing, boundary setting, and chronic stress.
Clients often come to Noelle for support with anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, work stress, interpersonal conflict, and healing from past abusive situations. With over 13 years of experience in the counselling field, Noelle offers a compassionate, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel seen, understood, and begin meaningful change.
Noelle brings extensive experience supporting helpers and high-responsibility professionals, having worked in frontline and crisis roles across the Niagara Region for over a decade. She deeply understands the emotional toll of caring for others- and is committed to helping clients reconnect with themselves, set healthier boundaries, and build lives that feel more balanced and sustainable.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from EMDR, DBT Skills, CBT, and Narrative Therapy. Together, you’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and identify the most effective treatment approach for your unique needs and goals.

Initial session: $160 Ongoing sessions: $150
Sliding scale options may be available for individuals without benefits or experiencing financial barriers.

In addition to individual therapy, Noelle is a professional speaker and group facilitator on mental health topics including trauma-informed care, preventing burnout and compassion fatigue, crisis intervention, and de-escalation skills.
